I can confirm that I HAVE NOT been in close contact with anyone SUSPECTED of having Covid-19 OR someone who has tested POSITIVE for Covid-19. Anyone who is under 18 years old or anyone who has had their 2nd covid-19 vaccination injection more than 14 days ago DO NOT need to isolate as a close contact from the 16th of August 2021 (as per new government guidance) and are just required to undertake an NHS Covid-19 PCR Test at the earliest opportunity.
I can confirm that in the last 48 hours, prior to my visit here at the Training Ground, I HAVE completed a Covid-19 Lateral Flow Test and received a NEGATIVE result.
